Need diapers?

If your family has UnitedHealthcare Community Plan coverage in Michigan, you may qualify for free diapers through the Emergency Diaper Bank.

To be eligible:
👶 Your child must be under 2 years old and enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, or
🤰 You must be pregnant and enrolled in the plan. (After your baby is born, eligibility is based on the baby’s enrollment—not the mothers.)

Eligible families can receive:
🧷 Up to 2 packages of diapers
📦 Delivered up to 4 times per year
