BREANNE GREEN
Family Liaison
BreanneGreen (at) livingstonesa.org
Breanne Green serves as a Family Liaison for Great Start Livingston, where she works to strengthen early childhood systems and build community connections that support families across Livingston County. Her guiding belief is simple: she wants kids to be safe, healthy, and ready to grow.
Since joining Great Start in 2018, Breanne has played a key leadership role in advancing coordinated, family-centered systems that serve children from prenatal through age eight. She focuses on strategic partnership development, cross-sector collaboration, and authentic community engagement to ensure families can access resources, developmental screening, and support with clarity and dignity.
Breanne chairs the Great Start Collaborative and Great Start Family Coalition Advisory Council, helping guide strategic priorities and strengthen alignment between community partners, providers, and families. She leads the Great Start Family Coalition and founded the statewide Great Start Family Liaison Peer Network to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and elevate parent voice across Michigan.
Her work includes advancing Help Me Grow Livingston’s centralized access system, expanding developmental screening partnerships, supporting data-informed decision-making, and building sustainable community collaborations. She is particularly committed to ensuring that families are not only recipients of services, but active partners in shaping the systems that impact them.
With a background in business administration and more than two decades of experience in community engagement and organizing, Breanne brings both systems thinking and relational leadership to her role. She believes strong relationships are the foundation for meaningful change and that sustainable impact happens when communities work together with shared purpose and mutual respect.
Breanne is a graduate of MCC and Northwood University. She lives in Howell with her two sons and remains deeply engaged in the community she serves.
