Do you work or attend school? Would you like help paying for childcare?
You may be eligible for the State of Michigan’s Child Development Care!
What is Child Development Care?
- Child Development Care (CDC) is a state assistance program that helps families afford high quality child care while they work or attend school.
- This program reimburses participating childcare providers for the hours your child is in care.
- To find a program that participates in CDC payments, visit www.GreatStarttoQuality.org .
- The CDC program pays higher reimbursement rates to licensed child care providers, including out-of-school time programs, with a 2-Star Rating or higher in Great Start to Quality. Additionally, children attending a 3, 4, or 5-Star program will not have a family contribution amount deducted.
