Freedom From Smoking – Virtual Program
Are you ready to quit tobacco? Join MyMichigan Health for a free, eight session, virtual group workshop led by American Lung Association trained facilitators. This program is for current smokers, vapers and tobacco users, 18 years old and older. Sessions are Mondays, January 8 – February 19, 2024 and Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Registration closes Friday, December 29, 2023 and is limited to 15 participants.
