Help Improve Transportation for Pregnant Families in Livingston County

Share Your Experience to Help Shape Better Access to Perinatal Care

Transportation should never be a barrier to receiving prenatal care, postpartum support, or healthcare for a new baby. Yet for many families, getting to appointments can be one of the biggest challenges during pregnancy and a child’s first year.

The Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative is asking families and community members to complete a short survey that will help identify transportation challenges and improve access to care throughout our region.

Whether you’re currently pregnant, recently welcomed a baby, or support families with young children, your voice can help shape future transportation solutions.

Why This Survey Matters

Every family deserves access to quality healthcare before, during, and after pregnancy. Reliable transportation plays an important role in making that possible.

The survey will help the Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative better understand:

  • Transportation barriers families experience when accessing prenatal, postpartum, and infant healthcare
  • Gaps in transportation services across the region
  • Opportunities for partnerships and future transportation solutions
  • How communities can better support growing families

The information collected will help guide future planning, programming, and regional strategies to improve equitable access to perinatal care.

Who Should Participate?

This survey is for:

  • Pregnant individuals
  • Parents and caregivers of infants
