Is your child heading off to preschool with an IEP? Whether your family is transitioning from Early On or just beginning your journey with special education, this free online workshop is for you.

Join them on Wednesday, May 14 for a conversation with Kelsey Biswanger, an expert in early childhood special education, who will walk families through what preschool looks like for children with disabilities and how to ensure your child gets the support they need in the least restrictive environment.

You’ll learn more about:

• Researching preschool options in your area
• The importance of inclusion and how Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) applies to preschool
• Your child’s rights and protections under the law
• What special education and related services are available to preschoolers with an IEP

There will also be time to ask your questions and connect with others navigating similar experiences.

This workshop is ideal for families with a child in preschool or preparing to start preschool who has a disability or developmental concern.
