A Magical Morning of Storytelling at The AMP
☀️ Storytelling Under the Sun: A Heartfelt Thank You!
What a beautiful morning of storytelling under the sun at The AMP in Downtown Brighton! On July 23, families gathered on picnic blankets, wide-eyed and ready for adventure, as we welcomed the incredible Laura Pershin Raynor to the stage for a special installment of the Children’s Summer Series.

Laura, a fourth-generation storyteller, captivated the crowd with her timeless tales, engaging props, and personal touches from her own childhood. Her warmth and interactive style turned every story into an unforgettable moment—sparking laughter, wonder, and connection for children and adults alike.

🎉 We were proud to give away 109 free books to children after the show, extending the magic of storytelling beyond the stage and into homes across Livingston County. Promoting early literacy is a core part of our mission, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this that help us put books—and smiles—into little hands.
