Families raising young children know how quickly essentials like diapers can run out, and how expensive they can be. If you’re a Livingston County parent or caregiver enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Community Plan – Medicaid, help is available.
UnitedHealthcare’s Emergency Diaper Bank provides free diapers to eligible families with children 24 months and younger. This program is designed to help in times of urgent need and offers two packs of diapers delivered directly to your home.
Who’s Eligible?
- Families enrolled in UnitedHealthcare Community Plan – Medicaid
- Children must be 24 months or younger
- Must live in Livingston County or neighboring regions
How to Request Diapers
Simply email: uhcdiapers@uhc.com and include the following:
- Your name
- Your child’s name and date of birth
- Your phone number
That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation and your diapers will be mailed to you.
How Often Can I Get Diapers?
Families may request diapers up to four times per year, and UnitedHealthcare understands that sometimes families may need additional support. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
