Women Infant Children (WIC) – Federal health and nutrition program for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children ages birth up to age five. WIC also provides nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support and help accessing health care and other resources. WIC enrollment is based upon income and nutritional needs. Flyer
Healthy Families Livingston – Home visiting program that provides support and helps ease the stress of new parenthood. Program participants receive weekly visits with a friendly and caring person who listens and answers questions, information on caring for your baby and developmental milestones, fun activities for you and your baby, and more. Pregnancy Help Clinic – Support services, mentoring, earn baby supplies and more. There are no eligibility requirements.
Embrace Grace – Embrace Grace is a twelve-week program offering a support system, providing spiritual, emotional and physical support for single, young women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Chapter works out of St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish in Brighton.
LACASA – LACASA a is a crisis shelter and support center in Livingston County for victims of abuse or assault. LACASA also has a 24/7 helpline and an on-call response team for survivors, as well as offers various counseling and legal advocacy services.

Survivor Mom’s Companion – An educational program for pregnant people with a history of trauma. The program features a workbook completed independently and reviewed with a trained tutor to help manage the effects of trauma during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period.
